New Artwork Format Makes Viewing Your Design Concept Clearer

We’ve redone our method of displaying artwork. Our new format makes viewing your artwork easier to see and understand. See the example shown here:

As you can see we now feature an actual-size drawing of your final product along with a measuring scale for you to see clearly how the final product will look. You can print this out at 100% size, which will give you an accurate depiction of your new product’s appearance at its true, final size. And you’ll also see a large-format rendering of your product’s artwork, complete with shadows and highlights that make it appear more realistic.

We’re proud of our new method, and we think you’ll agree that viewing artwork has never been easier—or clearer.

PPAI Show in Las Vegas Kicks off our 2013 Trade Show Season

C Sanders Emblems will attend six major trade show events this year, and we’d like to welcome you to visit our newly-revamped exhibit booth if you’re in the area. For starters, we’ll be at the Las Vegas PPAI (Promotional Products Association Industry) show January 17-18^th at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. We’d love to see you there, as we’ll show off our latest products and new catalog.

We’ll also be attending the ASI show in Long Beach in March, the Cal-North Soccer show at Lake Tahoe in April, two Elks Conventions as well as the Moose Convention this year, and Bowl Expo in Las Vegas in July. Little League World Series Ushers

In Pennsylvania every June, the world waits for the best Little Leaguers to arrive. Thousands of fans watch in person, and millions watch on television, as these teams compete against each other for the title of World’s best. These games would not be possible without the help of numerous volunteers who donate their time and energy to ensure the games go smoothly.

Notable among these volunteers are the World Series Ushers, many of whom have been doing this for years. Among them is Tim Terry, who created a pin to represent the ushers back in 2005, and launched the pin program that is in full swing to this day. Tim started with a green usher’s shirt pin, and others have now joined the tradition, creating pins that honored their home states and titles. The Ushers’ shirt pins have now been joined by baseball cap and pants pins—and soon to be more, all proudly created by C Sanders Emblems.

Attachments for your Pin: What are the Choices?

There are a number of choices you have when it comes to an attachment that can be used on a lapel pin. You can choose:

• A clutch back in metal or rubber (these are included within the standard pricing for lapel pins),
• A fancy tie tack in gold or nickel finish (these add 25¢ each),
• A deluxe clutch back (which also adds 25¢ each),
• A magnetic back which comes in nickel finish (which adds between 25¢ and $1.00 depending on the size used),
• A safety pin w/bar which welds onto the back of the pin (which adds between 14¢ and 24¢, depending on the size used),
• A cufflink or tie bar (which add either 25¢ or 50¢, depending on the choice)

…or several other types of attachments that are available. All available attachments can be viewed on our web site here.

55th Annual Portuguese Bend Horse Show

Over the past 20 years or so, the Portuguese Bend Horse Show has been a major fund-raising event for one of our clients, the Peninsula Committee Children’s Hospital in the Los Angeles South Bay. At C Sanders Emblems, we’re proud to be a vendor for the Children’s Hospital, having created lapel pins for the Horse Show.

Elks NJ Sponsors Annual Miracle Run

For the past 14 years, the New Jersey Elks State Association has sponsored a motorcycle ride called the “Annual Miracle Run.” C. Sanders Emblems is proud to be a part of this tradition, having designed a handsome pin for the run’s supporters every year (see example pins shown here). To date the run has raised over $1 million profit in revenue for the NJ Special Children’s and Camp Moore Charities. We congratulate the run’s chairman, Rusty Gerstenmeier, in his efforts!
