Die-Struck Soft Enamel Lapel Pin
By using softer enamel and then drying, rather than the high-temperature baking required for hard enamel, this process yields a similar look to cloisonné-B at a lower cost. Often, a clear epoxy dome is added to protect the soft enamel from scratching, giving the pin a smooth finish. The soft enamel allows for more detail in the artwork.
