SAAC: Empower Her Event. It was an evening of networking and motivational
speakers.
During dinner, four speakers; Sasha Pirrie, Field Sales Manager at
PCNA, Tonia Gould of TagSource, Debbie Abergel, Chief Strategy Officer at Jack
Nadel and Carole Stines of Landsberg Promotions, took turns answering questions
including: "How do you handle the challenge of balancing personal life and
work?" One notable response to the question of balancing personal and work
life was making sure to take time to
de-stress, whether it be through Yoga,
meditation, or spending quality time with family.
